FINANCE & SYSTEMS MANAGER

Reporting to the President & CEO and under the technical direction of a part-time Controller, the Finance and Systems Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient administration of the Foundation’s financial reporting and database systems. You maintain complete, authorized and accurate financial records through Financial Edge software that is fully integrated with Raisers Edge. You are responsible for all financial record keeping and reporting on behalf of the Foundation. You support the work of Foundation’s President & CEO and staff through maintaining the integrity of the information database. You are a problem solver and the expert on the database.

This is a permanent part-time salaried employment position of 20 hours per week with flexibility offered and required. There are monthly, quarterly and annual cycles that equalize lighter periods. Remote access to server and all software allows effective working from home when needed but when safe we enjoy working with you on-site.
